In Calgary, Canada, David Kunz has a company called Avatara that serves "Healthy Hearthstome Pizza".  He has a wood-fired pizza cart on the Stephen Avenue pedestrian mall in downtown Calgary. David says business is booming.  It's pretty obvious why when you check out the menu below. I'll take a New Yorker, please.
