1. Seared Steak with Ranch Butter
This is among the easiest steak recipes we know. You can definitely try this at home. Butter and steak are the perfect combination.
This recipe requires just a few ingredients such as ranch steaks, 2 russet potatoes, ranch seasoning, BBQ spice blends, butter, neutral oil, kosher salt, ground pepper, and a bunch of scallions.
Making it is easier than you think. All you need to do is to season the steak with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of neutral oil. Once the steaks are tender enough set them aside for 5 minutes and then add them into the melted butter. Season them with BBQ sauce and ranch seasoning. Now roast the potatoes in the oven and use them as the garnish in your platter. Your yummy dish is ready to serve and I bet everyone will like it.

Meanwhile, put the potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes so that they can be cooked. Now, put 150 ml of water into the pan of onions and peppers and add cherry tomatoes, bouillon, and tomato puree. Once everything is done, let it cook for 15 minutes and let it simmer.
While they are simmering, heat a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes and add the steaks on it. Cook them well for 2-3 minutes from both sides. Let them cook until you get your desired doneness.
