Making it is easier than you think. All you need to do is to season the steak with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of neutral oil. Sear the steaks in the skillets and then put them into the oven so that they can get tender. While they are in the oven melt the butter in the skillet and add scallions to it.

You’ll need these Ingredients: unsalted softened butter ¼ cup, minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (1 tablespoon), light brown sugar (1 teaspoon), kosher salt (2 ¼ teaspoons), ancho chile powder 1 ½ teaspoon, freshly ground black pepper ( ½ teaspoon), unsweetened cocoa powder (1 teaspoon), ( ½ teaspoon light brown sugar for ribs), 4 rib-eye steaks, and extra virgin oil.

Once you have all the ingredients, prepare the butter ingredients in a small-medium bowl and add ¼ teaspoon of salt in it. Meanwhile, prepare the grill at a heat of 450° to 550°F for direct cooking. 

After that, in a small bowl combine the rubbing ingredients and add 2 teaspoons of kosher salt. Rub this mixture lightly on both sides of the steaks and season them gently. Once done, allow the steaks to cool down at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.

3. Steak Fajitas with Bell Pepper & Onions

What could be more delicious than juicy-tender steaks with bell pepper and onion? I guess that not a lot, but can we make this delicious recipe at home? Yes indeed! Why not? It’s actually easy to cook and can be prepared in 50 to 60 minutes. 

All you need is chili powder (2 teaspoons), smoked paprika (1 teaspoon), ground cumin (1 teaspoon), kosher salt, ground black pepper, 3 garlic cloves (minced), canola oil (2 ½ tablespoons), 1 yellow bell pepper (Julian cuts), 1 red bell pepper (Julian cuts), red onion (wedges cut), and of course the iron steak 1 ½ pounds.

Now let’s get to the preparation of this delicious recipe. Start by preheating the grill on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix the chili powder, paprika, cumin, ½ pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and garlic. Season both sides of steaks with this tasty mixture.

 After that, brush the steaks with canola oil and add them onto the grill. Don’t forget to flip them and cook them as per your desired doneness.

The ingredients you’ll require are 250 grams of sweet potatoes (cut into narrow chips), 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves, 1 green pepper (diced), 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 2 small onions (sliced), garlic cloves (sliced), 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, vegetable bouillon powder (1 tablespoon), cherry tomatoes (halved 85 grams), 200 grams of bag baby spinach, wilted in a microwave or in a pan, 2 x steaks, rubbed with rapeseed oil (125 grams each). 

Once you have all the ingredients then start preparing this delicious recipe by preheating the oven at 240°C. Add a wire rack over the baking tray. 

Now, in a bowl toss the thyme and sweet potatoes with 2 teaspoon oil and put them into the rack until they are ready to cook. Then, in a non-stick pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and add onions in it. Cover the pan with the lid for 5 minutes and wait for the onions to be charred. 

Remove the lid after 5 minutes and add green pepper and garlic. Stir them well so that their taste blends with each other and then again cover the lid. Meanwhile, put the potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes so that they can be cooked. Now, put 150 ml of water into the pan of onions and peppers and add cherry tomatoes, bouillon, and tomato puree. Once everything is done, let it cook for 15 minutes and let it simmer.

While they are simmering, heat a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes and add the steaks on it. Cook them well for 2-3 minutes from both sides. Let them cook until you get your desired doneness. Once done, add some goulash sauce on the plate and put the steaks onto it. Add your baked sweet potatoes, onions, and pepper for the garnish and your dish is ready to serve.
