Rock a billys shaved ice

Aaron Hines has plans for Round Rock, outside .  He recently opened Rock-a-Billy’s Shaved Ice, and is thinking of expanding with Johnny & June’s , which was recently approved for business.  “There’s a lot of traffic out there, so we figured we’ll give it a shot,” Hines said. “The eateries and all this stuff in Austin, it’s kind of a cool culture.”

Around this time of year Rock-a-Billy’s brings in about 40 to 50 people a day, and business is especially booming after school and on weekends.  Could this be the first step to another trailer food park in the Austin vicinity? [News 8 Austin]
