I have recently seen the Green Truck driving around NYC and was intrigued. It is a truck dedicated to the idea of serving healthy, gourmet organic food, and that “a healthy environment is tantamount to living a healthy life”. The Green Truck started in LA and now has a truck in NYC.
Thankfully, the Green Truck doesn’t look like this:
I have not had a chance to sample their wares yet, but the menu looks pretty tasty.
