The Kimchi Taco truck we told you about nearly 2 months ago is getting closer to mouth-watering reality…and now they have the photos to prove it!
Phil Lee and Youngsun Lee (who are not related, but worked together at BR Guest) are launching the truck shortly that will hew more to traditional Korean styles: red kimchi, which is consumed in the winter, and white kimchi, which is eaten in the summer.
The menu will have three to five items, including a taco, burrito, and grilled cheese sandwich (really?). Each will offer options for different proteins or vegetables, and nothing is expected to exceed the $7-$8 range.
