With the Korean Mobile Kitchen giving away free sliders only two blocks from my office today, I was able to sneak over to Broadway between 58th & 59th St for a quick taste.
This week they are featuring 5 different sliders from Danji restaurant, and I was lucky enough to get a short rib slider today.
The slider came with a small cup of kimchi on the side, which I put right on the sandwich.
The short rib was shredded, tender and had a great bbq flavor. There was special sauce under the meat, shredded scallions on the meat, and the bun was pillow soft. Wow, this was delicious!
The Korean Mobile Kitchen will be out for 5 weeks giving away free food every day from various Korean restaurants.
