Amelia Nahman, whose last name translates from Hebrew as “comforter” will be opening up a cart in SF with the ultimate New York Street Food, an Egg Cream Cart. As any New Yorker knows, there are no eggs or cream in an egg cream, but they are delicious nonetheless. Chocolate syrup (Fox’s U-Bet is best), milk, seltzer and a spoon is all you need. Brings back memories of my grandparents apartment in Boro Park.
