If you want to find a lot of great food trucks, crafts vendors, live bands, and kid-friendly activities all in one place, head over to the All About Downtown Festival on Saturday (9/17) from noon to 7pm.

The inaugural All About Downtown Festival is FREE, and will include the following 10 food trucks, 3 of which are 2011 Vendy Award nominees, and all of which are excellent:

Korilla BBQ, Two Pitas In A Pod and La Bella Torte are all 2011 Vendy Award nominees, and the other delicious food truck vendors at the event will be Luke’s Lobster, Gorilla Cheese, Coolhaus, Lucinda Creperie, Home by the Range, Mama Marci’s and Taste of India.

Beer and wine will also be available, as one of the event sponsors is Barcade.

The festival runs from the Grove Street PATH Plaza, along Newark Avenue, and west to Jersey Avenue.

All About Downtown will feature dozens of local artists and artisans, merchants, nonprofits and other vendors.  There is a full lineup of live music scheduled for Saturday as well (see schedule below), and plenty of family friendly fun, like face painting, storytelling and a bounce house.
