There seems to be a grilled cheese renaissance going on in NYC these days. At the beginning of 2011, there were no grilled cheese trucks in town – now there are three (Gorilla Cheese, Milk Truck & Morris Truck).
In addition to the grilled cheese trucks, many restaurants and stands at food festivals serve great grilled cheese sandwiches. We have reviewed all three of the grilled cheese trucks, and Zagat Buzz recently tasted 7 different grilled cheese sandwiches in a Grilled Cheese Smackdown.
