It’s the end of a long week, and next week is Thanksgiving. If you’re one of the lucky ones in the NYC area with a home, heat and food, you have a lot to be thankful for.
Those who don’t at least have over 30 food trucks serving free hot meals today in Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens. We would like to thank the NYC Food Truck Association, the Mayor’s Fund To Advance NYC, Jet Blue, Time Warner Cable, Chase News, Liberty Mutual, Glamour Magazine and every person who helped out or donated to Sandy Relief.
Please click through to see where all the food trucks are today, including Sandy Relief locations, or check our Mobile Munchies twitter feed.
Ending the week on a high note with 31 trucks. We continue to thank all who have made this possible, especially the NYC Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City. There’s nothing like a hot meal to make you feel comforted and we’re so glad we could serve thousands more of them this week. We will continue serving today thanks to our partnership with the NYC Mayor’s Fund and the Film Food Festival, our corporate sponsors, and with contributions made to our indiegogo fundraiser by people around the world. Please help us to spread the word.
