Fill it up with your favorite Coolhaus ice cream, toss in a dozen cookies and 4 edible wrappers, and you have your very own Coolhaus sandwich-making kit for $25. And when you are done, take it back to the truck or cart for a refill and get $1 off the normal pint price of $12.
The other exciting news from Coolhaus is that you can now bake your own cookies at home using their cookie dough. It costs $12 for a roll that makes 12 cookies. Available flavors include: Chocolate Chip Cookie, Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie, Flap Jack Cookie, Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookie, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and Snickerdoodle Cookie. (FYI, the cookie dough is not available until Friday.)
