Eddies Pizza of New Hyde Park, the original home of the bar pie since the 1940’s, will be hitting the streets of NYC this summer with Eddie’s Pizza Truck. Not a lot of news at this point, but they will be at the New York Food Film Festival on June 26th.
We have no idea what a bar pie is, but we’ll be at the New York Food Film Festival, so we’ll check them out. Until then, you can follow their progress on twitter @EddiesPizzaNY.
UPDATE – Eddie’s Pizza just sent me a couple of pictures of their thin crust pies. Can’t wait to try them.
