A new food truck coming to L.A is updating the long-standing Hollywood tradition of naming dishes after famous people, albeit with a rock ‘n roll twist. The new Grill “Em All Truck (an homage to Metallica’s logo and their album Kill ‘Em All, for the non-metal heads among us) is opening Dec 15th. Their menu will change regularly, but includes dishes such as the Molly Hatchet (seared fennel sausage gravy, bacon, and maple syrup) and The Reigning Bun (a Slayer reference with pepper jack cheese, four pepper relish, and lemon pepper crème fraiche). There will also be panko-crusted, cheese-filled tater tots called H-100’s, as well as hand-cut frites. Hope their Ozzy Burger isn’t a combination of doves and bats. [Grub Street-LA]
