We recently told you about Horman’s Best Pickles, a pickle stand on 6th Ave in Greenwich Village run by Nick Horman, a 3rd generation pickle man. Here’s a video interview with Nick, who started the company 6 years ago after earning a philosophy degree in college. That might explain the motto of Horman’s Best Pickles: Think. Question. Pickle.
