Ready for the Food Truck Throwdown Boston vs. NYC? The long-simmering NYC-Boston rivalry just entered a new phase. It’s not just Yankees vs Red Sox anymore.
We’ve been hearing rumblings about this one, but now it’s official. On Saturday, Oct 13th, 7 of New York’s best food truck will take on 7 of Boston’s top food trucks in the Food truck Throwdown.

For the 1st Food Truck Throwdown, our guys will travel up to Boston for an all-day event. Vendors from each city will compete in various contests all day long for a chance to beat out all competitors and win the coveted Best Food Truck award.
The exact schedule, live music and celebrity judges to be announced, but will include Jenny Johnson of NECN’s Emmy award winning TV Diner with Billy Costa.
NYC Food Trucks: Bian Dang, Big D’s Grub, Fishing Shrimp, Mike & Willies, Munchie Mobile, Nuchas and Wafels & Dinges.
Boston Food Trucks: Bon Me, Kickass Cupcakes, Lobsta Love, Mei Mei Street Kitchen, Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Staff Meal, The Cookie Monstah.
Admission is free, and food is pay-as-you go. It should be a battle of epic proportions!
