With light snow coming down, the perfect dish to warm your belly is available at the Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese Truck. It will be in town for 3 weeks, and hits midtown today at 40th & 5th. Over the weekend they served free mac & cheese to residents of Gerrittsen Beach, Brooklyn, and 100% of the profits will be donated to the Mayor’s Fund To Advance NYC for Hurricane Sandy relief.
The Stouffer’s Truck has $4 bowls of mac & cheese, plus five variations: Chili Mac, BBQ Mac, Mex Mac, Veggie Mac and ‘Shroom Mac. On certain days, celebrity chefs will be offering their own takes on mac & cheese on the truck. You can get more info here.
