Friday, March 25 marks International Wafel Day. Again. Just like last year and the years before. We at the Ministry are delighted to see de very Belgian Wafels finding their way to happy mouths in the big NYC, yes. Our Special Envoy at Wafels & Dinges sends very positive reports, and we and the King read them with joy (except for that bbq pork and chili corn wafel – what is that??).
As a dinges of appreciation, we offer a FREE WAFEL to every Wafeleur & Wafelette fully dressed in our Belgian tri-color on Friday, March 25. Black, Yellow, Red. Ah oui. Let the dough rise and let the irons heat up!
