UPDATE – The Food Truck Bazaar has been moved to 4/29 due to the rain forecast.

The Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market’s Food Truck Bazaar returns this weekend for it’s 3rd year.

Taking place one Sunday a month from April through October, this month’s inaugural bazaar features five of New York’s best food trucks.

Lots of great food events this weekend…BUT don’t forget about the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market Food Truck Bazaar on Sunday from 11am-5pm.  It is the last one of the year.

There will be 5 food trucks at the bazaar – Rickshaw Dumplings, Kimchi Taco Truck, Gorilla Cheese, Kelvin Natural Slush and Two Pitas In A Pod.  The event takes place at 39th St & 9th Ave, just a few blocks from the Port Authority Bus Station and Times Square.

There will also be over 70 vendors selling antiques and vintage fashion, as well as a pop-up section curated by The {NewNew} group–a local collective of independent Etsy artists.

And as always, the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market is free.

After posting about the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar going monthly beginning this Sunday, March 20th, we received the following email from their representative:

“Thank you for posting a mention of the HKFMGFTB yesterday. We originally had the start date as Sunday March 20, but decided to push it back to Sunday, April 10 as we anticipate warmer weather. The rain date is April 17. I am happy to send you the confirmed list of trucks shortly. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you!”

Please do not go to the HKFM this weekend expecting a food truck bazaar!

The Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market has announced that the Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar will return on Sunday, March 20th…and that’s not all.

This year the Bazaar will be held the 2nd Sunday of every month from April through October.  Now you can enjoy great flea market shopping and wonderful food truck cuisine every month from Spring through Fall.

No word yet on the exact vendors, but last year they had Rickshaw Dumpling Truck, Bistro Truck, Go Burger, Big Gay Ice Cream Truck, and The Krave Truck came in from NJ with their excellent Korean bbq tacos.

We’ll give you more details as they are released, but we hear there may be some “natural slush” in the forecast.

The 3rd Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar is set for Sunday, November 21st and it has a delicious holiday twist!  Not much of an argument needs to be made for shopping and eating on a Sunday afternoon, but there will be a new food cart there – plus visits from some of our favorite NJ-based trucks too.

NYSF regulars Frites ‘N’ Meats & Rickshaw Dumpling Truck will be there too; and

Our NJ friends Krave Truck & Cinnamon Snail will also be in the house.

Together with over 50 antique and vintage vendors, who will all gather together at Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market just in time for the start of the holiday shopping season.
