Finally, two well-known local chefs want to vend, and we’re trying to figure out a way to get them a truck or grill for the day.
Update – Fresh from their whirlwind tour of the country on the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race, we are very pleased to announce that SactoMoFo will include San Francisco’s terrific Spencer on the Go truck, serving up all sorts of interesting French treats.
This all started with just three food truck lovers, and the Friends of Fremont Park inviting us to use their park. We are halfway to our fundraising goal. Please remember that this is a volunteer effort and there is no admission fee. But we are required to hire police, get restrooms, etc. This is what the money is for.
