Just ran into them this afternoon. Their fries are HEAVENLY! Maybe the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for them going forward.

Meru Shikdar is a Bangladeshi and I believe much of his popular items most likely have Bangladeshi influence than they do have Indian influence. In most big Western cities, popular Indian foods are actually made by Bangladeshi chefs whose recipes are inspired by none but authentic Bangladeshi cuisine that knows how to balance spices, herbs and aromatic spices. That is why our Katchi biryani, tehari and kabab are quite popular than our negbors Indian and Pakistan.
