GETTING MARRIED: HIRE A FOOD TRUCK (SERIOUSLY!)

Sounds like a crazy idea, but there’s a discussion going on in Project Wedding about hiring a food truck to provide “free” food to the guests as a midnight snack or dessert. People talk about going to weddings where a taco truck, the In-N-Out Burger truck (in LA obv) and a cupcake truck served the guests for an hour or so. It saved a decent amount of money, and was a lot of fun for everyone. It doesn’t take the place of dinner, but is a great way to provide a late-night snack or dessert to your guests.
Can you imagine serving your wedding guests Wafels & Dinges for dessert! Your guests would talk about it for months and remember it quite fondly. (I believe most of the food trucks are available for private events.)
