Two Tablespoons just launched a Kickstarter campaign to help them raise the last bit of the necessary funds in order to have a successful opening. Their goal is to collect $25,000, which will help them buy necessary equipment and cover design and construction costs.

Two Tablespoons have been in street food business for three years and have established themselves at such famous NYC’s markets as Mad. Sq. Eats, Bway Bites and Holiday Shops at Bryant Park. At the markets they presented inspired and tasty seasonal concepts like the Summer Rolls and Glass Noodle Salads in the summer, the Gluten Free Mac & Cheese in the fall, and the Hearty Bean Chilies and Loaded Potatoes in the winter.

Food by Two Tablespoons is wholesome, nourishing, pure, and creative, and inspired by various world cuisines. They do not use any processed ingredients like imitation meats or cheeses. They cook with the finest organic vegetables, legumes and grains, and do their best to source locally whenever possible.

Getting a wholesome vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meal in midtown Manhattan is a challenge for many working professionals and residents of the area. Two Tablespoons are planning to change that and they need your support! Please check their Kickstarter campaign for more details and help by pledging and spreading the word.
