In case you aren’t aware, individual members of the NYC Food Trucks Association are donating up to 10% of their sales today to help their compatriots at Frites ‘N’ Meats rebuild their truck after the terrible accident earlier this week.  The vendors donating include Schnitzel & Things, Rickshaw Dumplings, Eddie’s Pizza, Bistro Truck, Kelvin Slush, Taim Mobile, Korilla BBQ, Souvlaki GR, Kimchi Taco Truck and Quick Stop Kosher, and Mexicue donated sales earlier this week.  Please excuse me if anyone is accidentally left off this list.
