New York Street Food

In Dan Delaney’s latest episode of VendrTV, he works with Erik Trinidad of Fancy Fast Food, who turns run-of-the-mill fast food into (relatively) fine dining.  They went to the 53rd and 6th Halal Guy’s cart for lots of street meat, then went to Erik’s kitchen to get to work.  View the entire episode above, and below is what they made.  Looks like tajines.  Mmm good.
