THE GRILLED CHEESE TRUCK (L.A.)

L.A.  is well-known for its car culture, so it’s not surprising they are out front in the number of food trucks and the variety of food being sold.  The latest is the  Grilled Cheese Truck.  I like grilled cheese as much as the next person, but wouldn’t wait on line more than about 5 minutes for it.  Other people obviously feel differently.  NOTCOT paid them a visit and has the skinny.     Brilliant. Good grilled cheese sandwiches don’t happen every day. And they have dessert options!! Sounds to me like it’s worth the wait.
