Where can you enjoy food from 10 of the top food trucks in the New York City metropolitan area without having to buy a ticket in advance? The All About Downtown Festival in Jersey City on Saturday, Sept 17th. Save the date, it’s gonna be a good one!
The All About Downtown Festival is free to attend, and some of the best food trucks from NYC & NJ will be there including Korilla BBQ, Luke’s Lobster, Gorilla Cheese, Coolhaus, Two Pitas In A Pod, Lucinda’s Creperie, La Bella Torte and more.
In addition to great food trucks, there will be live music, artists from the Jersey City Craft Mafia, activities for kids, and beer & wine will be available from Barcade, among others.
The All About Downtown Festival runs from 12pm-7pm and starts right outside the Grove St PATH station, which is only 2 stops from Manhattan. I took the PATH train to Grove St for Groove On Grove, and it was really quick and easy.
The All About Downtown Festival is being run by the Historic Downtown Special Improvement District, the same people who run Groove On Grove, as well as a twice-weekly farmer’s market. They certainly know their food vendors.
