Schnitzel truck

The eHow website has an informative article entitled How To Start A Food Truck Business In NY State.  It talks about NY State, but most of the ideas are applicable anywhere.

Some of it is common sense, such as #4. “Maintain a spotless, hygienic truck. All it takes is one batch of undercooked ground beef to put the brakes on your truck and set into motion insurance claims that could immediately wipe out your business.”

We’re kind of partial to #6 though. “Become a member of the New York food truck community.  Bookmark the New York Street Food website.”
